I have a few doubts.

1. Why would I waste my time talking to a stranger?
2. They are a stranger. If they abruptly kissed me WITHOUT my consent, then that is sexual assault.

No, of course I would not kiss them back. I do not even know them. I am not the type of person who goes around kissing random strangers. Who knows what diseases they have? I do not want to get herpes.

Depends on what the whole situation is. We're already talking, what's that conversation. Am I trying to pick her up? There's a lot of variables we need to know before we can answer correctly. Maybe I am just standing in line and someone dared her to go up and kiss you, that don't seem like a felony offense.
