I like a guy from my work, how can I tell him how I feel?

So I’ve started working with this guy named J. We load boxes onto a truck so usually busy during the day. I became friends with one of his friends. (His friend has been trying to flirt with me). But anyway, I’ve tried to give hints that I’m attracted to him. I even asked if he had a girlfriend which he said no. He does talk to me and we work on the same trucks together. But I’m having a hard time figuring out if he’s just friendly or if he might become interested in me too. I’ve subtly asked for his Snapchat and he said he give it to me but never did after two nights after work. So I’m basically gonna give up, if he was interested wouldn’t he want to give me his Snapchat? We do have conversations and he once said he didn’t want me to know too much about him and I joked and called him mysterious lol. He is 30 I’m 22. I’m starting to think he’s just a nice person. But he has asked his friend if he had a video of me hitting his bong when we hung out lol. Any opinions? I sort of want to just walk up to him and let him know how I feel and walk away, I don’t know if I care how he reacts because I just want to get it off my chest that he knows I like him. Lol.

Yea yesterday all the guys at work and I talked because I like to talk to people, just to be nice. But maybe he sees it as my being flirty with them. So should I try keeping to myself and see if he becomes interested later on maybe?

Yea maybe I was too nice to all the guys so he assumes I’m easy or I flirt too much. Which I don’t want him to think that lol. I’m usually confident but he also makes me nervous so it’s harder to be confident with him

I have no problem making the first moves, I just don’t want to scare him off. I’ve already dropped hints I asked if he had a girlfriend he said no and I asked if he’d talk outside of work he said he would give me his Snapchat but never did after two days so I feel like he isn’t interested or I need to be upfront.
