Musing the most important ingredients to get a girl?

Just like the title says. I have absolutely no idea of how to flirt with a girl or get her talking in a way that says I’m interested in you more than a friend. I tend to friend zone myself, because I just am too scared to take things sexual, due to not wanting to offend the girl (or get into trouble). Not to mention reading whether or not she is into me and wants me to keep engaging. The slightest hint of negativity I pull the chute and leave her alone. With this said the next important thing is actually making the approach, since I have no actual skills in sweet talking as girl, my confidence to approach is zero and maybe a little above zero in s as good day. I watch videos, but implementing the is a whole other ball game. Need some advice thanks!
