How to play fight at work?

I fancy my coworker and have been trying to find ways to flirt. I can be shy in this aspect. He's quite comfortable with it so he usually takes the lead. I'll tease him sometimes verbally. He's the one that starts it most but I also wanna start flirting back, problem is I'm very unskilled. the most comfortable form of flirting to me is play fighting.

He'll usually shove me playfully, bumps into me. throws stuff at me. block my path his cart/pump truck. when he does this I immediately do it back. what are some playful ways I can start play fighting with him? Any ideas of what to do or say?

But on a separate note. I'd also like to ensure I'm not taking this the wrong way. yesterday he had grabbed some plastic wraps from the recycling and threw it an at older lady that works in his department. the second he saw me, he turned and threw one at me as well. resulting in the three of us tossing plastic wraps at each other.

Is he not flirting then? Because he was doing it with this lady also? I notice he's more hands on with me, like touching me and shoving me and he does it more often with me then with others but I would like to know if its all in my head. is it?

Here’s an idea. Do whatever it is that you and that guy does at work outside of work. Just because he threw something at the older doesn’t mean that he’s flirting with her so stop worrying about it

actually I hear a lot of people flirt this way, especially in relationships. its an easy way to break the ice, keeping it light and fun. personally don't think there's anything wrong with having fun at work from time to time. just wanted to know from the guys perspective if its flirting or not.
