Flirting

When you are in a happy relationship, would you flirt with another (attractive) woman? Or do you just like the attention from her?

Even though it is just long intense eye contact. Why would you try to let another woman know she is attractive by prolonged eye contact? Or do you just like it that you know you can just look at a woman and she looks back at you, do you like that kind of contact even though you are taken? Or is that a way to let know that you thought she was even hot before you started a relationship with another and you still like the attention of the other woman? What kind of game is that to these kind of people in relationships?
Or do you see the other woman as someone for only fun?
Why would they whom are taken, then show signs that they are attracted to the other woman?

Is he making fun of me? Or is he interested in some way?
He is the popular men and I never been popular so I just don't get it why he stares a lot. Even people around me notice that he stares at me, checks me out, and one time he got nervous.
I just act weird and awkward and then look at someone who I know and comfortable with, till they give the okay that he isn't staring anymore so it doesn't look like that I send some signs.

No I'm not after him. I just wanna know what does sign mean. He and I are from different worlds so to speak. I'm not a homewrecker and never will be. And I don't want to let something romantic happen or to have some kind of fling with him.
