What does it mean when your manager has friendly banter with you that seems like flirting, goes out of his way to help you, always gives you importance in front of other team mates and makes sure to sit next to you on dinners and meetings? I have noticed that he keeps his distance from other women especially in front of me but always makes sure to stand and sit closer to me at any chance he gets. He has also complimented my clothes a couple of times. We usually also have intense eye contact with one another until I break it.
