I fell in a love with a waitress girl in the cafè, how can I hookup with her?

I frequently go to the cafè in my city to drink Cappuchino and just find the peace as well but I fell in a massive love with waitress girl, she looks super cute and she has lovely smiling face, however it sounds like kinda challenging for myself to hookup with her to ask her out together since many people have been working around her (mostly men) and it makes me a bit shy and hesitated to approach her. I tried her today but she seemed like neutral with no private reaction towards me and I felt truly disappointed. It's required for me to gain her interest over me and attempt her to fall in love with me as well. How can I achieve this? I really need your helpful opinions.. Thanks 🙏🙏

Don't make it creepy. She's just there to serve you food she's not talking to you because she wants to do anything but make money. I've been a server for years Believe me the girls are likely to date a coworker. Your best off find a job there. A customer is a never. I've never seen it happen. Believe it or not the only times it's happened its been male servers having sex with a customer. The females are flat out not interested. You are instantly a creep. You have to realize these women have no choice but to interact with you and be nice to you no matter what. You can't make a move on them there it's not cool at all. Chances are first of all the girl is busy you aren't her only customer. She's thinking omg great this creepy guy is hitting on me and holding me up. You end up becoming the talk of the restaurant all the way into the kitchen the staff will be talking about you. The girl will be mad you are slowing her up from being able to do her job and serve the other guests.

I'm a server. People don't get it. We're almost always busy doing something. We have to divide our attention among the guests and we can't just stop doing our job to go on a forced mini date with you. This girl is just doing her job and being nice and smiling and your just getting all hot and bothered like ooooh ooohh maybe somethings there. It's not. She wants to know if you need more coffee or if you are ready to pay the check and get the hell out of there
