Like im not trying to catcall or whatever the fuck that is. But lets say there was a cute girl and i just wanted to make her day better but not get anything out of it. Is it creepy?

Ok i forgot to mention. This isn't so much a random person in the store, as much as it the employee or the person you would interact with anyway.

Walking up to a woman in a supermarket and immediately telling her she's hot may sound okay and maybe some women may be into it but its a huge gamble. If you want to cold approach a woman understand it probably won't go anywhere in a place like a gym or store.

Maybe instead just say hi and flatter something about her that doesn't involve her looks but her sense of style.

"I really love your shoes"

"I wanted to say your hair looks great"

Most women appreciate these compliments more.
