How do you show someone you like them, and what would you like for them to do in return?

I try to play it cool and be as subtle as possible. I never do or say anything that doesn't have an innocent explanation. Basically, I feign disinterest in order to stand out from the hundreds of other guys who ask them out every day. I can't really say what I'd like for a girl to do. If a girl liked me, I'd know about it, so it wouldn't really matter what.
