I have a new female coworker at my job I have been working with for about 2 weeks. She has asked a lot of questions about my personal life and vice versa. Last week lunch time was coming up and she asks me if during lunch I wanted to go for a walk with her. I mentioned maybe and then about 20 mins later she asked me again. We walked and talked for a bit, the conversation was fairly smooth and natural. Is this interaction just friendly or could there be a deeper motive behind this?
