He texted me lets go out sometimes. Does it usually mean dating? Why doesn't he use hang out? Am I thinking too much on words he use? I am foreigner,

I would think this is a date. Hang out means more of a friend thing. You might be thinking too much about the words but I over analyze men texts too LOL.
