Ask a guy for dates without commitment or intimacy?

Ok.. The only reason am able to ask this here is bcoz am anonymous.. 😀
Am single for over 5 years now.. divorced after I moved out of an emotionally abusive relationship
Have a child on the autism spectrum.. so don't believe am going to find the one any time soon..

But I do get lonely for time to time... n just want to spend sometime with someone talking.. movies.. dinner... Just something..

What would a guy think if I asked him for casual dates without any commitments or physical intimacy.. maybe once in 2 weeks or a month.. go for a movie.. or have dinner.. While we continue to look for the one... if they even exist..

And if either he or I think it's not a good idea after a few times.. Then stop meeting.. etc.,

If you think it's a crazzzy or risky idea.. Pls let me know..
