I came across this guy on my instagram explore page. After doing some further research I noticed we are in the same city but he is a professional athlete. I know those types of guys get a bad rep but he seems like a good guy.

Now here's my dilemma/issue. I first of all do not know how to shoot my shot and get him to notice/ respond to me. Second of all I do not post on my social media and dose not have a lot of followers as well. I do not know if that will affect that? He's following some local girls who moved away to go to school but I don't know. I really want a shot but I don't know how.
