Saying the way I said above is my style you can say the same of if you want you can add or change some words/sentences and make it your own version. However, just ensure the meaning does not change. The final message you are telling her should mean the same.

This would be an extremely straightforward and blunt way of saying it but I don't see any other way in my view. Don't say it in a way as if you are soft hearted or you are willing to be open to giving her another chance because that will indicate that you are weak minded. Hence show your mental strength while saying it even if it is blunt.
