What are good reasons for liking someone?

So the guy I like I've never actually talked to but he's my brothers friend and my brother (who's fine with it) asked why I like him. I guess I owe him that at least since its his best friend, but I feel like to someone else my reasons are feeble. They're

1) When he laughs he does it freely as if he doesn't have a care in the world.

2) He has time for everyone no matter who they are

3) he's funny in a real non forced way

4) He has interesting eyes (emotion wise)

4) And I just feel he has a good heart.

legitament? If not which ones are you a bit jiffy about?

If you like him, you like him. All of those are perfectly acceptable reasons to like a guy.
