Stretching out his legs?

This guy keeps touching me, does it mean anything?

this guy who sits behind me in history is HOT. we joke around and tease each other a bit, but we aren't like, good friends or anything. sometimes he will stretch his legs out and rest his foot against mine, and I will move it (only a little because I secretly like it) and he will move his leg a teeny bit farther so its still touching my foot. \

today I had my legs stretched out like always and he stretched his out (we are both very tall) so his right leg was sort of resting on my right, I wasn't going to move because that was MY stretching space and I was comfortable, but he didn't move his leg, so we stayed like that for about 5 minutes and he finally moved.

he also leans toward me a lot or has his shoulders pointed toward me (even when we sat side by side)

is this just coincidence or his desire to keep his legs as far stretched out as possible or something else?

I think he likes you from what I read. Does he like you enough to pursue you? I have no clue. It was weird for me in high school - there were guys that I had classroom relationships with. Heavy flirting in class but nothing outside in the real world. Who knows? It wouldn't hurt to be a little more aggressive with him - rub your foot on his, rest your leg against his. An invitation to a movie or something?

I wish I knew. You could try getting his phone number or find his myspace page and start a conversation that way. Or just ask him out, scary I know - but it would be so worth it.

He likes you a lot. Shoulders pointed towards you, touching, teasing etc are all signs of this. Try flirting with him more, like rubbing your leg against his a little. Ask him for his phone number or see if he wants to hang out sometime. I think it would be worth it to try to be something more with him. Never doubt yourself because he's supposedly out of your league. I was considered an outcast & I once snagged the quarterback at my school & am dating one of the most popular/attractive guys in a neighboring school :) If you like him, just go for it and don't let social boundaries stop you! The guy sitting next to me used to behave like this. He would sit with his legs spread out so that they touch mine. He wouldn't move his leg/arm if it touched mine. I think it was unintentional because he's otherwise a very nice guy. Now he's my bf. :P So yeah that guy likes you.

YES of course he likes you. Touching, teasing, laughing...it's all what we call flirting. When he pokes you, poke him back (this is called kino pinging). Show him that you like hiim back, there's nothing wrong with it. You're finally learning how to interact with the opposite sex. I see that you are under 18, which is why this question is so...innocent.

ps. Girls are better at recognizing human interactions and recognizing facial expressions, I noticed that you pointed out that he "leans in and points his shoulders toward you" when you sit. I didn't understand this until girls told me about these simple little signs of attraction.

When laughing add touch...brush (don't grab) your hand down his arm while saying "your funny" or "haha you make me laugh". You see to girls subtle things feel obvious but to boys you need to be as OBVIOUS as possible. And you said you don't talk much outside of class. WELL start talking to him more. Mention a hang out place. Start looking into his eyes more and SMILE.

Duh. He's flirting and it's definitely not in a subtle way. I'd be careful though, because if this what he calls flirting, then can you imagine what his idea of a first date would be? Remember, you can be an interesting and beautiful female without sacrificing respect. My advice: lay off the foot touching and start moving those lips. Not kissing! More talking! Less footsi-ing
