If a girl teases you constantly, does she like you?

I have a crush on one of my best friends, and I think she might like me, but I'm not sure. There have been a bunch of indications she may like me, including looking at me a lot, talking or texting nonstop, and her always facing me and playing with her hair around me.

One thing I can't figure out if it's a good thing or not is how she is constantly teasing me it seems like. She's always faking anger, calling me names, and jokingly mocking me. It's funny at first, but it gets annoying after a while. I know she means no harm by it, because she always does it with a smile on her face and makes sure I know she's joking, and once when she went all-out she apologized. She especially does this when it's me, her, and her best friend hanging out. When her best friend isn't there, it's toned down a lot.
