Girls: what's so appealing about Seth Rogen?

I've noticed that a lot of women are very attracted to Seth Rogen. However, I can't seem to understand why they find him attractive. He's not good-looking and has fully acknowledged that and he doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who has the indescribable charm that many physically unappealing men have that sexually attracts women to them. So what is it about Seth Rogen that women find so attractive?

What I don't get, is the all the time I see men on here complaining that we are shallow and only go for attractive guys that treat us like sh*t.

However, when we are attracted to a guy like Seth Rogan because he is funny or has a good personality, you don't like that either.

I'm not saying I am attracted to him, but pick a side.

I know I'm super late ha ha but I think he's super sexy and attractive and my definite celeb crush. he's just so funny and cute, has a good personality (base on his shows) and he's goofy and oh so likable. he's also laid back and he has the goofiest laugh.
