Do guys think about their crush as much as girls do?

Question

I know it depends on the person, but I think most of the girls think about their crush the moment she wakes up until she falls asleep... And it often is very disturbing when you need to concentrate on your work.

But I feel like guys are able to control their feelings better, and are able to concentrate on their work and put aside their feeling for his crush for the moment. It seems like it doesn't interfere with what they have to do..

or are they faking that they are concentrated on their work but are actually obsessing about his crush?

Sometimes I have a hard time controlling my feelings but I always try to do what's best in the situation. For example, During the subsequent lightsaber duel between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader, Luke succumbs to his anger and brutally overpowers Vader, but controls himself at the last minute; realizing that he is about to suffer his father's fate, he spares Vader's life and proudly declares his allegiance to the Jedi. An enraged Palpatine who was the boss then attempts to kill Luke with Force lightning, a sight that moves Vader to turn and kill his master, suffering mortal wounds in the process. Redeemed, Vader or Anakin Skywalker (real name) dies in his son's arms. Luke becomes a full-fledged Jedi, and the Rebels destroy the second Death Star. Now what would have happened if Luke didn't control his feelings and killed Darth Vader as a result? Bad times then.

She's the only thing i think about but she doesn't like me and i die inside so yes. But i personally dont talk about to anyone like some girls do and I act like im doing things when im actually thinking about her. But then you think about how she doesn't like you and you die inside.

I tink it varies from person to person.I do not think all girls sit there and think about their crush ALL day.Some girls actually live their life and do other things rather than think about a dude all day everyday.The same thing goes for guys.Some guys think about a girl on the regular,others don't.You have formaulated an unfounded opinion based on what society tells you men and women do.But in actuality,everyone is different,and it varies from person to person.People can only express what THEY do,not what an entire gender does.An opinion is not always true.

From what I've gathered from my friendships with men, ABSOLUTELY! Haha!

Most that I've known were just as nervous about it, they over think everything like most women do, they look for signs, think about them, think about what would happen if this or that happened, etc.

Guys are taught not to be emotional, so they tend not to admit they're thinking about their crush, but actually, they think about them more.  guys tend to fantasize more about sex, I think.

No. I definitely think about my crush from the moment I wake up to the moment I fall asleep. I genuinely like her but it's like borderline obsession cause I save every text she sends me and doodle her name on the sides of my papers.
