Female employee tells me she has a crush on me, I'm interested, but she doesn't act like it

Alright guys, I'm hoping to get a little advice on how to read/handle this situation I'm in. I'm a 27 year old restaurant manager that was just transferred from the West Coast to the East Coast for a promotion to General Manager. I've been pretty lucky in my life to never really have dealt with any complications when it comes to knowing when someone likes you and entering a relationship.

I know no one in my new location, and have been here for about 6 months, and as a GM I work 70 hour work weeks, so meeting people is tough. My employees, because of my hours, are my only way to socialize at the moment, and we have a very strict non fratenization policy, so even that only goes so far.

Well, a week ago I had to fly home for an emergency involving the health of my dad, and when I returned I had a Facebook message waiting for me from one of my hostesses making sure my dad was OK, and just being supportive. Because of our non fratenization policy I replied back and told her I can't talk to her on Facebook, but appreciate the kind words. Anyway, somehow we continued talking(I know this looks bad, but I trust this girl not to say anything, and after all, it is just messaging on Facebook.) After a couple days of talking and working together, she writes me on Facebook and tells me she can't stop smiling at me, and wants to talk to me more, and that she definitely has a crush on me. Even though I'm not supposed to, I've always had a thing for her as well, so I told her the feeling was mutual, but I can't loose my job. We both agreed that staying manager/employee was the best way to go. Well, we continued talking and sooner or later hanging out secretly came up, and even with their policy, my upper management has said that working the hours we do, they understand that connections with employees happen, they just ask that once it's a for sure connection, that the hourly employee resigns, or it doesn't continue. So I decided what the hell, I might have something with this girl, so I decided to go hang out with her at her friends house while she was dog sitting one night. Normally girls that are into you show it when you are around them, and I am experienced enough to know the signs, but she acted like just a friend and not really interested. The next night she asked to hang out again, and acted the same way. The next day on Facebook I asked her how she felt and she said that she still can't stop smiling around me and liked me. It just confuses the hell out of me because yes she has admitted to having a crush on me, and has always been the first one to message me good morning and throughout the day, and also the one who wants to see me all the time, yet she never flirts when we are together or messenging each other. I've just never had to deal with contrasting feelings like this, and am not sure how to read her. If it is nothing I need to end this for my jobs sake, but if it is something, I'd like to persue this girl. What do you think?
