I haven't eaten McDonald's in 20 years now, but if I remember right, if anything, it tasted watered down.

Pretty sure most orange juice in general has a high sugar content.
Watch on YouTube the "Adam ruins everything: orange juice" video. That'll show you how it's made, and it definitely isn't fresh.
A better question would be what doesn't McDonalds add to it's food?
As for drinks - I'm fairly certain pretty much all of them have sugar in it.
McDonalds uses low quality orange juice from concentrate. Just like their beef patties are ground up cow anus from old cows that can't milk anymore.
They make it from a syrup which is already mostly sugar.
So technically they don't add anymore but the source has more sugar than practically every other available form of orange juice.
All orange juice has added sugar, unless you juice your own oranges.
The use McCrap
Of course. Sugar sells
I believe it's more sugary than healthy
Are there people who buy orange juice from Mac?
I have no idea but I did read when you blend fruit you unlock the sugars contained within the fruit and they have the same effect on your blood sugar levels as refined sugar being added to a soft drink.
