I wonder how it would work on the small population of what they call super-testers? Another practical use is for someone who will not eat healthy vegetables because of the taste. I wonder if it would make these offensive foods like broccoli or brussel sprouts more palatable.
Those aren't foods typically bitter, but it is marketed as a diet aid. It has to be bitter foods as it blocks your tongues receptors for the botter flavor allowing you to taste the hidden levels of flavor
Sounds like it might be good for dieters since they would need less sugar to make things taste "sweet".
