I get that aswell, So just try and keep it to yourself what you eat and don't worry about what they think.

Well I don't generally have any particular foods at certain times of the day, but there are some things that I can't really stomach first thing in the morning. Also there are some goods I won't eat close to bedtime as they either aren't good for you close to bed or don't agree with my sleeping stomach. I've have sandwiches for breakfast before but normally bacon and egg or sausage so more of a breakfast item anyway.
Tradition, nothing more. They'll say "You can't eat roast beef for breakfast; it'll upset your stomach!". Shortly after I turned 21, I accidentally drank the cursed orange juice of Izixilcoatl, the ancient Aztec god of cursed orange juice, and I wound up with recurring stomach pains for YEARS. It was very sensitive and a HUGE range of things could set it off. But even then, what I ate for breakfast (or lunch, or dinner) didn't affect it worth squat. It's all a bunch of hooey.
I really don't get it. As a bachelor, I'd make steaks for breakfast and scrambled eggs for dinner. Seems kind of arbitrary to me. Carbs, proteins, fats, and micros. I don't get the difference. But it seems like a tradition to say we should eat this and that for breakfast, and this and that for lunch, and this and that for dinner.
Just depends on culture and or how you were brought up, My dad eats grilled cheese in the morning with tomato soup 4 days a week, Some see that as a lunch or dinner, but he was poor in Cleveland where it was cold and cloudy everyday.
I go for cheese ravioli with homemade tomato sauce in the morning, something light but good. sometimes ill get fried fish or something tasty but light.
people that judge are more than likely not used to it, so they think it is odd.I'm in your camp. I'll eat leftover pizza in the morning and pancakes for dinner. I eat what I want, when I want, regardless of the time of day.
I often eat dinner leftovers for breakfast. My family thinks it's odd.
Haha I know it's like traditionally certain foods are seen as being for breakfast lunch or dinner and some people don't like to deviate
A lot of it has to do with what they ate and when during the period when they were growing up. It became "tradition" in the household, so they stuck with what they know.
Yeah that is dumb as fuck. I eat what I want when I want and usually my body thanks me for it
I agree with you, I ate a ham salad sandwich one day for breakfast and many times for supper I ate egg and bacon with side of toast

lol I’d totally have toast and a shake for dinner, I’ve been doing that recently when I get home from university. It’s quick, yummy and filling!
I sometimes have cake and milk for breakfast, great start to the day, high calories, easy to prepare and digest,,,
wow wait a moment i love left over kfc for breakfast the next day me to that no big deal
Not every meal is good at all times of the day. For example, it would be strange to eat vegetables for breakfast in the morning. What you're doing isn't all that weird, but it may still seem weird to some people.
I often have waffles or scrambles eggs for super.
The way they work inside the body may be the reason. Some food are heavy to digest or create lots of acid which is not good during the sleep.
I don't think so should actIt's every individual have their own choice
