The best way is Eggs Benedict. Alternatively, I enjoy it with crab instead of Canadian bacon, or spinach ("Florentine").
My aunt makes the best eggs Benedict on the planet; her hollandaise sauce is perfect, just a little extra tangy with fresh lemon. I usually eat somewhere between 3-4 for breakfast when I visit her, plus a "mop up muffin" half for the extra hollandaise.
I can't choose because it depends on what I'm gonna have. If it's with bacon then over easy, if it's for egg salad then hard boiled, if it's breakfast burrito then scrambled. Those are the 3 ways I eat my eggs
Boiled and then cut into half and fry the insides a bit on a pan and some salt and pepper or red chilli powder sprinkled on them. Plain omelette and also over hard fried eggs.
Boiled or sunny side up! 🍳
Love this question. Happy Easter 🐰

Cooked.
What exactly IS over easy? I've heard of it but have never seen it or seen it made. Is that anything like sunny-side down? I've also never seen or had poached.
I usually make scrambled but, I'll also do sunny-side up (dip eggs), hard boiled, soft boiled, deviled, egg salad or via a cheese omelet.
What’s the Difference Between Eggs Over Easy, Over Medium, and Over Hard?
In egg-speak, “over” can be understood as the action of flipping in a frying pan, and what comes next corresponds to the doneness of the yolk. There is no one perfect egg (although Chef Gordon Ramsay’s poached egg comes close)—only the perfect egg for right now.
Over easy eggs. Eggs “over easy,” as the second to lowest rung (after sunny side up), means a completely runny yolk set in lightly set whites.
Over medium eggs. Eggs cooked “over medium” result in firm whites and yolks like a loose custard (jammy, like in soft-boiled eggs).
Over hard eggs. “Over hard” eggs are fried until the yolks are fully cooked through and have reached a flaky, crumbly texture, similar to the center of a hard-boiled egg.
That''s eggsactly what I'm trying to find out!!
My soft boiled eggs have a yolk similar to those of a set of sunny-side ups. Otherwise, it's all dry except for the butter on the toast
I'm a soft boiled fan.
It's the line you use just before you sleep with a girl,
"How do you want your eggs in the morning? Fertilised or unfertilized?"
🤣🤣🤣
Every one except raw or soft boiled. I found out that even chickens like to eat raw eggs that have cracked. They go crazy for them.
Scrambled on low heat in ton of butter or soft cooked so I can dissolve butter in warm egg but still fluid egg yolk.
Scrambled. ALso i'll take hard boiled and soft boiled in my ramen. <3
