Like most college students, I’m broke and I really don’t have time to cook elaborate meals. I know most college students stick to ramen which I love but even that gets old. I’m tired of making my same go to dishes… and I’m tired of eating out.
Frosted Flakes and any other breakfast cereals. Alternatively, any microwave finger foods I used to eat.
And besides Starbucks, Red Bull, and ramen, these foods in the picture all used to be my favorite meals to eat! Before I got healthier with my diet. Wish he had some White Castle frozen hamburgers and boneless BBQ chicken there too (often referred to as "Wyngs").

I hope you're not eating that instant ramen shit. That's one of the worst things you can put in your body. I don't know if you'd consider this easy, but I do and it's really good. The whole process takes 25 minutes.
Pre-heat your oven to 425 or use a large toaster oven.
I start with fresh or frozen fish fillets, whichever kind you like (tilapia, sole, flounder, cod, haddock - whatever is cheapest.) Rub some oil in a baking dish on the sides and bottom, place fish in it and season how you like. Add baby carrots, a sliced-up onion and whole or sliced mushroom (or whatever veggies you like). Put a half cup of white wine in, cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. While this is cooking, make rice or something similar. After 15 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of butter to the fish, cover and cook for another 5 - 8 minutes. It's healthy and tastes great.
If that's too complicated, boil water, make your fav pasta, add your fav sauce.
If easy junk-ish food I’d lean toward Marie Calendars frozen dinners. (Heated out of the plastic trey on a plate) They were hearty like home cooked and less salty than all the others. Scrambled eggs on toast, grilled cheese on toast and others like it when keeping it healthier.
Pan seared chicken but i add himalayan salt, a bunch of peppers and onions to give mine more flavor

So here's something easy and really if you think about it, it isn't that bad. But caution - it makes a lot.
So get a bottle of low sodium V8. Heat that up and throw in bags of mixed vegetables and you have a cheap, easy vegetable soup. You can add pasta, rice, tomatoes, etc... whatever you're feeling.
I call it 'ghetto soup' and make it probably once a year.
Back before I went off to college, my mother got me a popcorn pot, which is a sensible investment for anybody not planning on being rich for a while. It's not as cheap as rice, but it's not MUCH more expensive, and is quite bit more nutritionally sound. Tastes better, too.
Cheese roll-ups. Take a tortilla, i prefer flour, pile a bunch of shredded cheese on it, roll it up tight and stick a toothpick in it to keep it from unrolling. Shove it in your toaster oven for a few minutes at a few hundred degrees and “voila!”…. cheese roll-ups! Let ‘em cool for a few or they’re more punishing than a pizza roll fresh from the oven! Ell oh ell! Also, save money on TP cuz the more often you make and eat these, the less TP you’ll need. Haha!!

Very simple, but Tip Top: White bread with a slice of meat (AAAAHO) and mayo. AAAAAAAHO. Delorsh, I remember having one for the first time with my best friend. Tip Top memory. Another delorsh easy to make meal is a ball of lettuce. Don’t even cut it or anything, literally just eat it. Like that. In a ball. Lettuce

Cook rice in a rice cooker. Put the rice on a pan, fry it a bit, pour several eggs on the rice and immediately mix it with the rice so that all rice grains are eveloped in the egg, add spices, fry it and then eat it. Fast and tasty.

I list all 3 because they all take about the same amount of time to prepare for an entire week and they all use the same primary ingredients so on a broke college schedule you can use what you prepped but didn't use the next week if you freeze it (you get about 6 meals for $20)
If anyone wants the recipes let me know, it takes about an hour for a week of meals.

If you need any more convincing, they are good for your heart, blood sugar, immune system and cell repair.I know a low of budget cautious people who eat pasta, it tastes good, is nutritious, and does not cost a lot if you avoid designer brands. Sandwich. Rye bread, avocado, and jalapeños.
Quesadillas! You only need a tortilla, cooking spray, and cheese. You can also add a protein of choice like egg or chicken. I like to dip quesadillas in salsa or sour cream. They make a good breakfast!
