Cooking gear, a waste and sanitation system, light and temperature fixtures, fire exits, tissue and disposal napkins, washroom cleaners, servers, dish washers, employment contracts, a menu and to qualify for a liquor license, you can’t have any kind of criminal record, you also need a fire extinguisher and cpr knowledge, insurance for food poisoning, parking spaces, and a brand new name not currently trademarked by other companies as well as calorie and protein and fat information for your guests, and an employee schedule and legal team for contracts.
