I'll give the pronunciation I grew up with in Northeast US, acknowledging that some of these, I pronounce differently now.

caramel - CAR-mul

coffee - CAW-fee

aunt - (hard-a) nt, like can't

insurance- in-SHURE-unts (accent on the second syllable)

organization - or-gan-i-ZAY-shun (short i)

crayon - crahn (one syllable)

jewelry- JOOL-ree

gyro- JI-ro (long i), or hero

pecan- puh-CAHN

salmon - SA-mon (hard-a, no l)

coupon- COO-pon

pajamas- puh-JA-muz (soft a)

@NathanDavis UK has different dialects. My versions of pronunciation are more guttural like German. “Open up” and say “aaah-nt”. ; )

You speak just like me, with the exception of gyro. The gy to me is pronounced with a soft g sound, as in gym.

I pronounce all the same way like you do except for aunt. For me aunt -ant.🙂
