I don’t think it should be illegal but I wouldn’t give my child that and I think the American diet is not something anyone should follow.

I was raised on pop. And it wasn't till about a year ago that I finally kicked the habit. I wouldn't shame any parent for giving thier kids pop. But I wish I had never been giviven it. So I wouldn't give my kids it.

Probably not a good idea. I was given caffeine and it made me hyperactive. So then they put me on drugs. Lol.
As long as its not an Energy drink (Monster or NOS) or a Venti (Extra Large) coffee its fine in moderation.
They probably shouldn’t have soda until they’re old enough to decide on their own but not to much
I would mind my own business I don’t get involved in what doesn’t concern me but my kids differently no coffee or soda they came have juice
Kids are hyper enough as it is, so I think its a terrible idea.
I wouldn't give it to children.
The sugar is more of a concern than the caffeine.
