My home helper person made me sausage. I live in a group home. and then I made spaghetti. I dont have much food so I had to make a full meal this way. I ate sausage and the now im eating spaghetti. is it safe to put olive and cheese on it as toppings, after I ate greasy sausage?
Totally safe I've done it plenty of time and it taste amazing and is it also not that greasy (unless you're used to only eat salad and tomato without any oil then it might be heavy but that's it).
Not unsafe no. Not exactly healthy but unless the sausage wasn't cooked properly it's safe to eat.
If it's extra virgin olive oil that's a healthy oil, the greasy sausage not so much. But having it once in a while won't hurt you.
