I’ve always been tempted to get a grill and give it a try. Watchin dudes play sports is hot, but watchin a dude grill is even hotter... literally! I’m watchin my Next Level Chef show and holy smokes seeing this dude grill 😍 And his meat was huge af! But until i have a dude grilling for me, I’ll just try myself. I really want to try to do a bigass steak or pork chops or ribsss... Or would that be better on a smoker? Heck if i know. We have an indoor grill that we do burgers and hot dogs on but that doesn’t even compare
I love grilling and cooking on the fire , one of my favorite things to do , no lie , i look forward to it , I crank some tunes on my Bluetooth speaker crack a beer and get cooking , I prefer cooking on a fire sometimes I do both at the same time cuz some people are scared of fire food for some reason lol but if I am using a grill , propane is the way to go , charcoal is a 50/50 chance , so I don’t waste my time with it , it can easily ruin your food , But propane is easier to control your temperatures and have a better chance of not messing up the taste of the food , I can honestly say my ribs blow people away , I could probably win awards for them , no lie , I pretty much mastered them , everyone that has tried my ribs has said they have never tasted a better rib in their lifetime , I know
People That traveled to Texas for their BBQ and said my ribs blow them away , They weren’t just saying it to be nice , I have heard those words from everyone that has tried them without me even saying a word , I have my own special trick to them that I keep to myself just in case I decide to go forward with them , it’s a nice thought lol if not I will pass it down to my kids , I like cooking a lot of other things on the grill and fire as well I think it enhances food and it is so much better for you health wise. And brings out the flavor more , in my opinion , What pointers do you need , I’d be happy to help , I’d be happy to receive a blow job as well while I am cooking if that turns you on lol No seriously, I would be happy to give you some pointers if you would like to grill , Feel free to inbox me anytime

I'm the main grill-master among my friend group, and during non-winter months, I do a lot of grilling on the weekends. My friends will bring sides and drinks and I'll grill up the meat - steak or chicken or ribs or sausages or just burgers & hot dogs. Often people will bring some extra meats of one kind or another for me to grill for them as well.
The very favorite is the Tri-tip roast, which is largely a cut of meat that's only available in California. This piece of meat used to be considered "junk" because no one really knew how to cook it - butchers often sold it to soup companies or dog food or other "waste". Then some people in California realized they could buy these big roasts for cheap because no one wanted them, and they learned to marinate them and how to roast them on a BBQ, and then they started slicing up the cooked roast to make tri-tip sandwiches, and that took off like wildfire in the early 90s. Apparently, California was the only place with any interest in this cut of meat, so all of the tri-tip roasts were sent to California (because they would pay more than the soup and dog food companies), and that's still how things remain today - California gets nearly the entire supply of tri-tip, and it remains very popular.
You get very tender, buttery-soft meat with a super-flavorful outer "bark", and people just can't get enough of it.

I have two grills, one is a Napolean Natural Gas BBQ and the other is a Green Egg grill/smoker. The Napolean has a steak unit on the side so I can jack it up and sear steak on it. Similar, to what they do in the restaurant.
When I have the time, I use the Egg on low and slow and impart different flavors of wood smoke into the meat that I am cooking. I also make my own rubs and bbq sauces.
If you’re good with cooking with a skillet, grilling isn’t too different. A lot of the same principles apply. I think it’s pretty fun to grill.
I haven’t tried electric as I’ve only tried gas and charcoal.
Gas is easier to control in terms of increasing or decreasing heat.
But, charcoal has a better taste.
But, I hear wood pellets have the BEST taste.
For someone that’s already good at pan-frying and cooking with skillets, a charcoal grill may be a fun challenge, to really put your intuitive cooking to the test.
But, a gas grill would be easier to start with and will give you more predictable results. 👌I don't personally grill, but Mr. amazing is very comfortable and skilled. We have a smoker as well as a charcoal grill, and that is all he has ever used. He uses a smoker for ribs, brisket, pork shoulder, wings, and from time to time, chickens and turkey. he mainly uses the grill for burgers, steaks, pork chops.
That's called a 3 burner Gas BBQ in the picture , I grill a lot , but when using like that we say BBQ , In Australia I would always use gas that's pretty standard , charcoal is tougher although some swear by it.
Now , Im in Thailand , in a condo , I use electric ( mandatory , you are not allowed gas on the balconies ) , you know what , all work well , depends on space , if I had to choose one and no regs , would be a gas BBQ.
Grilling is my specialty. I prefer charcoal over gas though. It adds to the accomplishment of cooking something great. Starting the fire with a match after shaping the coals just right and then adjusting to get optimal temperature is all the better.
Grilling isn't tough, but depending on what you cook, some other options are better to be used.
I don't eat meat so grilling is irrelevant to me. From what I have seen though electric is inferior. It can be hard to get a glowing bed of charcoal and people get burnt by fire starting especially when they squirt some onto a flame.
Why not an LPG gas grill? Safer quicker.
It must be easy because I can do it. I use a Weber propane grill. It is over 30 years old and last summer I just rebuilt the whole thing. My wife just bought an electric grill and I hsve used it a few times. It is not as good but it does the job.
I don't use electric or charcoal
For my outdoor cooking I use dry hardwood.
Best tip if your going to cook food with wood
Always leave your grill open or uncovered if it has a lid. Otherwise, your food will become unbearable
How I cook outdoors
As a Chef! I have failed in cooking so many times and cut my self with knives countless times until i became good at it. Try both! Electric grill and charcoal , so what works for you the best. I prefer the charcoal because it gives that smokiness touch to the food and it is a must have classic method to grill for me. I make my own marinades and mix own spices too. There is no success without failing
"And his meat was huge af!"
😂😂..
But I used to watch people grill all the time.. Nobody ever taught me, so here I am.. A grown a$$ man who doesn't know how to grill.. LOL..
I've never grilled anything before, but my parents have. I've heard charcoal isn't as good though because of health risk. I love the grilled chicken, kabobs, hot dogs, and burgers we do on our grill.
I love it and it’s the only cooking I’m good at. So, I’m in charge of any grilling at my house. I have a huge gas grill , easier than charcoal, and I don’t care for electric….. but all of them will work
Yeah you can get a nice half and half but I would suggest learning one at a time they are both pretty vast subjects. And you can have a LOT of fun doing either. I intend to learn both some day.
As a guy I feel almost every guy should know how to grill while the girls can take a break from cooking. I think you should start cooking chicken or brats/hot dogs at first to start till you get the hang of it then go to steak and pork chops.
I love cooking on the grill. I put everything on it including ribs, chicken, steak, veggies, pork, burgers and hot dogs. I have a big 5 burner gas grill with a side cook top. I hate the taste of charcoal on my food.
It’s not tough just wait and flip it. What’s tough is creating the perfect sauce for what your grilling
Get a Weber 22" kettle grill sndva Weber chimney briquettebsnd charcoal starter you can Aldo smoke on it.
Not hard but takes practice.
Don't buy electric. Or gas. Get charcoal.Omg I just started using an electric grill. It’s really nice. I grilled some vegan bratwurst and it was really nice. I definitely recommend getting one.
Another amazing 🤩 mytake you are a artist.
It's very easy to grill food my dad would do it a lot.
