I'm curious to try it. I remember about twenty years ago I was looking at an exotic meats website and crocodile was on there as well as alligator. I asked a guy at work if he wanted to go 50/50 in on some alligator. But he said that his wife doesn't like alligator and she prefers crocodile... Go figure! I have no idea under what circumstances they even had that. LOL

I've had fried alligator. Was edible it but not in a rush to have it again

I would at least try it. There have been a number of foods over the years that I was sure I wouldn’t like but did, so I try to keep an open mind.
