I like a regular deli meat with Swiss cheese and lettuce and ordinary bread. I prefer salty meats for the sandwich though. I also prefer ham in my sandwich over turkey or salami. Salami is better on its own. But my friend was a biology major and told me almost all deli meat contains nitrates so I don't eat it unless I have a special reason to, such as no time to cook etc...

My usual sandwich is white turkey with a slice of cheese, with mayonnaise. My comfort sandwich is a peanut butter and jelly (PBJ). Both on honey wheat bread.

Mine is either a traditional Reuben or just corned beef with mustard and dill pickles on caraway rye.

Reubens are one of my favorites too. I also enjoy an Italian sub with ham, salami, pepperoni, mortadella, provolone, lettuce, onions, banana peppers, salt, pepper, ok and vinegar

  Yes the fish grouper and yes either pan or deep fried many times without any breading which is the best and healthiest. So good with onion, tomato, lettuce, some sauce and a bun.
