Salmon Wellington
I’m always up for trying new things & although I have never had spam or spam wellington I would give it a try if someone made it for me. On the other hand I make salmon wellington from time to time & it comes out really good & come to think of it I’ll have to make it again really soon.

Would I eat it? Sure. Would I gravitate toward it? Probably not. I'd rather have good ol' beef Wellington. Wellies Wellington was a little too rubbery. 😋

It was 40 years ago when i was stopped over on Hawaii , and found quite good. Even today I enjoy SPAM for breakfast. I can not take it more than once or twice a year
