Cause I have always eaten frozen meals and quick prepare microwave stuff

Everyone is different, but I think it’s normal for you to only know what you were taught or raised on. If you were mainly fed microwave meals or quick dishes while growing up, then that’s going to be all that you know and are comfortable with. Other factors like where you are on the spectrum and your gender can play a part in this.
I know 3 autistic adults. 2 of them, a man and a woman, both love cooking proper meals and they’re very good at it. But the 3rd person, also a man, hates cooking and he sticks to microwave or easy meals because that’s what he was raised on, and it’s what he’s familiar with when it comes to textures and flavours.

not knowing how to cook or not wanting to cook? because cooking comes with the overwhelming feeling of having to look at the directions, get everything correct, and also the overwhelming feeling of having to wash the dishes after. so frozen food does have it's appeal lol
Cooking is just following step by step directions. If you can comprehend what you read and are able-bodied you can cook.

I don't know, but I'm a lousy cook too. And I just don't like cooking anyway. I'd rather do the dishes.
No two on the spectrum are the same. So it couldn't be considered normal. A person either has the knowhow and will to cook or they can't or choose not to.
