Ladies, did you drink tea while pregnant?

I really love to have my cup of black tea in the morning. I don't drink coffee or consume caffeine products apart from one cup of tea per day. I heard pregnant women should avoid caffeine.

Yes but I try to limit tea to only a few times a week. Also with one of my pregnancies I tried drinking lemon grass tea to start up labor and it went soo bad. I ended up randomly passing out for hours. The next day I had to get emergency induced

I'd eat and drink whatever, the pregnancies never lasted long enough to matter.

@sheikalana i used to drink tea or coffee when I was pregnant , I just stopped on alcohol

Never been pregnant, but I hear raspberry tea is great for pregnancy

I guess that's a decaffeinated tea.

I believe so. Something interesting I recently found out is that drinking a lot of caffeine is actually bad for men's sperm count. So while I have not looked into caffeine for pregnant women myself, it would not surprise me if caffeine is not great for women's reproductive system since it is not great for men's

Not sure if it affects women's reproductive system but I know high quantities of caffeine are not recommended at all during pregnancy.
