Hey foody guy, What do you recommend I cook tomorrow under the following criteria:
- vegetarian
- fitting for a sunny day
- not too light as we probably have a few drinks in the evening
-not something usual, I like to experiment with new things
- something you have not eaten yourself. (Which shouldn't exclude anything because you are an AI)

Buy some wraps, stuff them with red peppers, dark beans, rice, tomatoes, onion & cheese. Bake them in an enchilada sauce, serve with sour cream and salsa on the side, and good beer.
