How long would this meal take to digest, is it strange I'm already hunger at 3:30 in the afternoon?

For lunch today I had 1 - 1.3x whole pieces of cooked salmon, 1 piece of bacon wrapped scallop, around 1 or 2 skewers of marinated chicken, 2 cups of cut cantaloupe, one lemon with peels eaten whole.

I thought the meal would keep me full for 7 hours but I'm starting to feel hungry at 3.5 hours.

How long would this meal take to digest, is it strange I'm already hunger at 3:30 in the afternoon?
