Love sushi and I expect love noodles, I'm a nerd for Japan or if you must an otaku, and I love the culture and food. But noodles I eat often. Sushi is a rare treat.

Wasabi, girlfriend? I've never seen them grouped together as sushi/noodles at any Chinese restaurant. So to avoid @the_confusion of whether sushi && noodles or sushi noodles, I'm going to assume the latter. While I don't mind a big noodle, I'll cut it off the menu in favor of some raw fish any day of the week.

But if you really must have a dish that combines both, then by all means, make it the legendary "sushi noodles." Trust me, it's a tongue-tingling masterpiece that you'll be craving for days on end. I love sushi and I am neutral about noodles, it depends how the noodles are flavoured or cooked. I eat noodles almost every day at home cause its easy to cook and can be mixed with any marinade or flavour you want.
