I actually really like it. I think if you know how to mix it right that it can add a lot nice flavor to your dishes.

I remember when my mom had an herb and spice garden. The spice tasted terrible when I was little and chewed on it lol the the herbs (mint and peppermint) actually tasted just like gum!
Yes, I like it. I really like that it is included in Italian seasoning. I think that spice is most noticeable. I use Italian seasoning in a lot of things.
Haven’t had much middle eastern foods. Not a thing where I live. I do have Italian heritage on my dad’s side.
I honestly don’t think it affects what we eat when I’m home. That garlic bread is great for dorm life. East in a ninja counter oven, which is all we can fit.
Just use that and a little burner to cook pasta and sauce and there you have it. “Home” cooked meal in a dorm. Not bad for what we have to work with.
Thyme is indeed a wonderful herb. Its earthy and slightly minty flavor has always impressed me. I fondly recall a trip to Provence, where thyme was a staple in a traditional ratatouille dish. The flavor was unforgettable, enhancing the vegetables with its aromatic essence. Whether in soups, stews, or roasted meats, thyme truly elevates a dish. 🌿
