I am so sick and tired of hearing nutritional advice from "experts."
I defy you to look up ANY food online and not find diametrically opposed conclusions from "experts" that they are either the healthiest thing since mother's milk, or the most toxic poison since eating road tar.
I've been seeing this cycle my entire life. One day it's the greatest thing for your health and the next day it will kill you. Rinse, repeat and suddenly it's the miracle food again!
Coffee is the fountain of youth... Coffee is the most dangerous thing you can drink! The health benefits of fish! Fish poisons you with Mercury and chemicals from polluted oceans! It doesn't matter what the food is, you will find some "experts" who tell you you should eat nothing but that food and others who tell you you should eat everything but that food!
I mean it is insane! It goes on and on and on and somehow we are supposed to trust and believe this stuff? Forget about it. There is no possible way that any of that information is useful with all the constant contradictions.
For decades they have been telling you that chicken is one of the healthiest sources of lean protein and nutrients and you should be eating chicken instead of beef (which they tell you is poison! Hahaha)
I've read articles about how organic vegetables might be worse for you than non-organic.
Now chicken is poison?
I have so had it with this garbage "expertise"! So sick of this back and forth.
Don't the so-called "experts" realize how ridiculous they sound with all the conflicting information from their peers all over the place? Don't they realize how useless the information is to non "experts" who can't make heads or tails of the mess of information?
Obviously the best thing you can do is starve yourself to death so you don't get poisoned by your food!
Or alternatively, stuff your face with Cheetos and beer and at least you'll die happy!
