Is processed food leading to increased cancer rates in the west?

I find cancer seems to be more common among people who eat microwave food and Kraft dinner and deli meat and restaurant food so I have a theory that processed food is leading to cancer in North America, the last time I checked, around 48% of Canadians would get cancer and around 1/4 would die from it. I also read you have tribes in Africa where not a single case of cancer happens, even when there are thousands of people in a certain area so I believe cancer is an environmentally triggered problem.

I think most cancer is environmentally triggered, too. It usually means an immune system weakness. A healthy immune system kills cancer cells.

I think the problem with processed food is the ingredients from commercial sources that use GMOs and lots agri-chemicals. Additional chemicals are added when the foods are processed.

Other than food, there are additional environmental poisons that can cause cancer.

Processed foods have always been known to be deadly. It's just that like people who smoke, they really don't care as long as it's quick and easy to cook!

I’m sure it is, as well as atrazine poisoning that gets into groundwater then into everything, including livestock.

I mean it just puts you into risk since they are one of the predisposing factors
