I prefer fresh fish. Sometimes I buy a whole fish cut it in fillets freeze it and remove it only when I know what I’m going to make. The only canned fish I buy once in a while is tuna but we’re not big consumers of tuna. Other than that I might occasionally buy smoked salmon.
