its weird on Friday night went to this bar its in another city not where i live but been to it a few times before so somewhat known there. so yeah Halloween party vibe very busy , everyone seemed to be having a good time. i bought 1 really pretty girl a shot around 11.30pm ish , did my own thing rest of night but got weird just before 1pm a new bouncer who i had never seen there before came up to me and like you have to leave. i figured he just though i was drunk or been in bar too long so i agreed and left but had to argue with him to get my coat from coat check. then he took me outside and i figured that was end of it
but then got seriously weird , head bouncer who is much older ( even older then me ) comes out and like we have a problem , a staff member said they saw you touch someones drink trying to put something in it , and i'm like what? that doesn't make any sense , i even gave bouncer consent to search my wallet and coat to prove i didn't have any drugs or anything on me but he oddly refused and went back inside never to be seen again
the accusation makes no sense as when at bar i only touched my own drinks , 2 cans of cooler , the shots and some waters/pop. i never at any point held anyone elses drinks and was not close enough to touch someones drink when at bar and how could i touch someones drink when there on the dance floor or hanging out? i never bought any girls mixed drinks and never had in my possession anyone elses drinks that night and not the type of bar where people leave drinks on tables , other than empty/half drinked abandoned ones

Tell them to give it to you in writing so you can pursue legal options. That should make them really careful about what they are trying to accuse you.
haven't heard anything from them since , don't even know if they'd know my exact name or social media,
i'd imagine they'd have some security cameras so perhaps they reviewed them after but highly doubt they saw me do anything as 100 % certain i never held anyones drink but own and never bought any girls mixed drinks or gave a girl a mixed drink , just that 1 shot which occured more than an hour and half before accusation made so pretty sure it was not about her
but an accusation made at 1 am in the morning of Halloween weekend , you think there even going to document it?
i don't think that i'd want to speak with them unless there was a neutral witness present
Someone there accused you. Who knows how seriously that person is.
all i know it was someone on staff so a bartender , bouncer ( not head one he didn't claim to see it ) , also a photographer running around that night and a bartender not working with her boyfriend
can rule out dj and coat check girl as there not in view of bar and any staff members working in other areas like kitchen or another bar area where i was not at
feel like its there way of telling me to not ever come back although not entirely sure why but yeah not going to go back there for time being obviously and bouncers obviously deny me entry
also wonder if it could possibly be a misunderstanding? did they mis view what they though they saw? that night i had my watch in pocket and reached in to get it a few times to check the time , not wearing it on wrist as band broke , but that only explain them seeing me reach into pockets
still have to explain how they saw me with someone elses drink or trying to touch another drink when i only had my own and not close enough to touch anothers drink unless it was like accidental , i never held anyone elses drinks and don't buy girls mixed drinks and wouldn't of been passing them to women either
No, but I had a drink spiked once. Luckily I was able to get away from the situation before the effects kicked fully in. I blacked out an hour later.
i've had girls at bars have issues with me before but no one has ever accused me of wanting to be a rapist that is a little bit over the top. usually they felt i was a bit too obsessive or hung around them too much or asked them to do shots.
but the idea i'd even be interested in such an encounter is not me at all , true i would of like to have had sex with the blonde girl i did a shot with that night but only a consensual and fun encounter, i'd have no interest in one that involved me taking advantage of her against her will, definitely not something i've ever done or aspire to experience
all i can think of is someone on staff there does not want me to ever come back to that bar and not entirely sure why as it seemed to be a fun night and i haven't really been to that bar that much anyways
Never.
a weird one as up till that point everyone seemed to be having a good time , perhaps it was there way of telling me not to ever come back although not entirely sure why , don't imagine i'd try and go back there and bouncers likely deny me entry anyways
Nope
i'd imagine its more common for men to be accused on things in those places , whats weird is accusation is coming from staff not a customer which would seem more common
