I was inspired to write this take due to reading several questions on how to be more confident.
There is a time in our lives, we would encounter a loss, disillusion and powerlessness when we don't know how to find our inner voice that we would trust to get out of this 'dark place'. Everything seems bleak, hopeless and looks to be a bottomless pit forever.
The problem and pain of connecting with your inner voice or intuition isn't unusual. It is a common problem from which people seem to suffer when we face life's challenges.

We want to feel free, be happy in our selves and the body we have without feeling insecure and and worrisome.
So how do we tackle this problem emotionally without spending money on extra nice clothing, therapists, cosmetic surgery, and dieting to fix our external images.
First let me start with the ego self you have. The ego is the self image, we have constructed in order to conform with the outside world. The ego cannot bring us inner freedom and lasting knowingness.
To get past all these 'noise', your ego creates, let's learn to reach deeply into ourselves and connect directly to Spirit. We are all spirits inhabiting physical human bodies. When we get intouch with our spirit through the natural way, it centres us in the midst of chaos, but not letting us get swept away by it and and steers us to make the right choices.
I'm sure we have all been through life, losing in touch with spirit in growing up with difficult family circumstances, broken relationships, challenging financial cirumstances, death of a loved one etc that has caused us to be more uncertain, feeling depressed and in despair. Too many of us
get stuck in our heads, trying to think our way back to our true selves but only to get into a deeper hole.
To how to connect to spirit? Feel it through our heart in a quiet place alone by yourself. Once we feel in our hearts, our intuition kicks in and starts to pop ideas into your head of what to do or where to go out of the blue.
Don't question about what could go wrong or the fear, your mind/ego suddenly comes up with. Just trust. Block out all the thoughts of people who may have had something to influence your decisions, even if they had your best interests in mind. This would only lead you to further and furher from your center, spirit and what you were truly meant to do.
The more, I have observed people, the more I am convinced that continually disregarding our own intuition, is the root cause for depression, distraction, addiction, disease and an ignawing discontentment.
A life where we believe that we aren't able to make a meaningful contribution feels like a life wasted. People who feel this state, tend to find negative ways to fill their emptiness they experienced. Whatever their actions and behaviours lead to, their problems becomes other peoples' problems as well.
All our paths are interwoven and connected with each other. One person's misery eventually affects everyone else. Tuning into our intuition is not just an essential need but also an important familial and social need.
I believe this is why GAG has a real good purpose for existing and is important in helping others for guidance from others, even if they can't hear their own inner spirit guiding them.
In Part 2, I will go in further explanations in how to tune into your inner voice.
