Weird. I knew all those things before reading this yet I've only dated one girl for like 3 months. But I did grow up around a lot of females.

To be honest, it depends on the girl. I've come across lots girls who don't have a lot of these attributes.

A 1/3rd of this advice is universally applicable. Another 1/3rd of it, is just going to get a "meh" response from some girls, and the last 1/3 is going to depend on the situation.
