There are lots of different types of feminists, but they all pretend to be part of the same movement as it increases their power, because they act like they speak for all feminists. It makes the subject of what feminism is, a hotly debated subject.

Most of the guys that say they hate feminism actually support many of the ideas of equality that feminism claims to support. It is more the other branches of feminism that they take issue with, that want to blame men for all their problems, and only ever focus on women's issues while pretending they care about the issues of both genders. Those branches of feminism tend to be the most active.
