I agree. Women wear makeup because they are jealous of men's natural beauty and are trying to compete.
Not only pheasants, but also deers, chickens and a tons of species. Males have always been the better looking gender, until make up showed up

God created the man, looked at him and said " He's beautiful" . Then he created the woman, looked at her and said " she will be beautiful with makeup"
Last Christmas, on a pheasant hunting trip, I was trying to explain to my little sister and her boyfriend why the male pheasants look so much better then the female, I basically said all of this and a awkward silence followed.
There really is no rhyme or reason as to why women do it, some like to wear make up.
well yours is an idea ofc. but i think women do wear make up to look attractive especially when they are going on an occasion.
i guess it is the same reason why a guy wears cologne, takes good care of his beard, clothes (shirts), wears watches etc.
Without makeup men notice their masculine features.
I wear makeup cause I like it.

i wear fake lashes and sometimes consiler cus it make me feel pretty
to hide flaws if any and look flaw less and bright.
