Girl's Behavior

Do some girls ever look up other girls skirts and dresses? Why? Do you or have other girls looked up yours?

My girlfriend told me that some other girls try to look up her skirts and dresses sometimes. Even at her all girls school they try looking up her skirt.

She wears spandex under her skirts and dresses mainly so guys don't look I assumed but when I asked why she did at an all girls school she said some girls at school try looking up her skirt but she didn't know why they did so she wears spandex underneath so they can't see her underwear.
