Why does she act like nothing happened? What happened?

So this girl I work with had agreed to a date with me but later when I tried to set up a time she ignored my texts. I had asked her in person and she didn't hesitate and was smiling the whole time. She then made sure we got each others phone numbers.
I was let down obviously but whatever. I wasn't going to bombard her or bug her. I just figured if she changed her mind she'd get back to me. Anyway the first time I saw her after that she was really quiet and avoided eye contact. As the week as gone on though she has been more friendly in initiating conversation and even playfully teasing me.

I'm confused she knows I like her so why did she do this? Why is she acting like this now? Did she most likely get back with her ex or find another guy?

She is a child. Ok firstly flirting with workers is a big no no. Your putting your job on the line and I highly advise not to do that. Secondly she is playing mind games. She doesn't answer your calls and is ignoring you. I have a 0 tolerance policy towards such nonsense. What you should do is move on and treat her like a professional worker and ignore her otherwise. If you want "revenge" maybe even flirt or date another girl and flounce her around that girl who teased you. Watch her become jealous.

she's unsure about how she feels about you. Continue to play it cool and if you text her to go out and she didn't reply - don't text her again for a while. The less interested she thinks you're becoming in her the more interested she going to become in you. That doesn't mean you should ignore her cuz tht wld be rude. Just don't put her on a pedestal and show her there are other girls out there whom you could like just as much as her (whom WILL reply to your invitations)!

She was probably nervous. You've heard the stories about guys who cancel because they're very nervous, right? Well, it happens with girls too. If she hasn't mentioned the fact that she canceled then that means she is afraid of what you might think, hence why she's being more friendly; she wants to make you forget about her blunder.
