I have a friend, and every day we text each other when we wake up and when we sleep. Then I woke up and did not find a message from him. I wrote him good morning. Then he did not reply until the next day. I acted as if nothing had happened and welcomed him. Then he asked me, “Do I miss him?” Why does he act like he cares after ignoring me?
Perhaps that you should start by moving away from those text messages. It is not healthy to be glued on those machines day and night. There should be more to life than having to be forced to text to a friend at least twice a day. What does it bring you? Does it make your relationship better?
If I was forced to text every day, this would be a reason for me to want to take my distance from that person and that is exactly what you are probably doing with him.
So what if he does not text? Does your life end?
He may care about you but he does not care about texting. This should be a habit that you should start to forget. If you want your relationship to work, then you talk face-to-face and not text.
